Architecture & Design
Offsite’s in-house architecture and design team will work with you or your architect to create the perfect building to fit your needs.
MEP
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering is incorporated into the design phase. Our CLT panels are milled and cut during manufacturing to account for MEP installation.
Structural Engineering
Every design is analysed using state-of-the-art computer modelling to ensure that our buildings meet each client's minimum wind tolerance and durability requirements. See sample structural report here.
Logistics
We take care of importation and delivery of all CLT and associated components to the construction site.
Assembly
Offsite’s specialized construction crews handle every aspect of onsite assembly.
Project management
Our project managers coordinate all aspects of construction (including services outsourced to third party subcontractors) to ensure that clients have a single point of contact from concept to completion.
